Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the consumer rights applicable in your country.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at contactosnowvex@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an item being defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, we will cover the applicable return costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Depending on availability, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
